Have a question about your studio practice? Schedule an "Ask Missy" 1:1 Session. This session allows us to have a more in-depth conversation about your studio practice(s). You will have the opportunity to show me the way that you work and ask your questions over zoom. I will evaluate and deconstruct your movements patterns and processes that are causing you strain in the studio. We will discuss ways to create more longevity in your body.

Throughout our 60 mins together, I will demonstrate movements that you will immediately be able to incorporate into your daily studio routines. This 1:1 session will include a mix of background information, such as how knots develop in the body, alignment in your studio, how to hold or work with tools ways that reduces pain and strain over time, and practical instruction, such as different ways to increase blood flow, circulation, and flexibility. These techniques are designed to help boost energy levels, alleviate pain, reduce the risk of injury, and improve posture. 

This 1:1 session will be a mix of conversation and movement. Missy will create a movement sequence for you to come back to again and again. You will leave our session feeling great in your body.  

Sessions will take place over Zoom. A scheduling link will be sent to you after purchase in order to select a time slot that works best for you.
